A lovely cafe in the middle of a small town. Was not planning to go here, however, the not so summery weather guided us there. Food is home made, reasonable prices. The puddings are to die for the lemon meringue was stunning. They do food to eat in a take away as well. Large range on the menu and can be chosen and made there and then. It's a small cafe so you may need to wait a little bit. We waited around 10 minutes but once we sat down the service was quick and our food was ready and piping hot. Will be returning. Worth the drive from Blackpool to Heysham

This is the place to be if You are visiting Heysham village. Great,tasty breakfast and they are well known for freshly made pies. Nice decor inside and friendly locals with good atmosphere in general. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Place is dog friendly and U can park Your car nearby. Definitely highly recommended ...
We visited yesterday and absolutely loved it. The pies are AMAZING and also so are all the cakes (we loved the Bakewell especially). Great friendly service, generous portions, very well priced. We will definitely be back.
What a great place ... was in the village on Monday with my daughter. The pies and peas are fantastic, the service excellent and the price great as well. I true gem and a rare find these days, good homemade food. We will be back that's for sure! Keep doing what you do Cheers Aaron
Lovely little cafe, Delicious home cooked food, friendly staff and great prices. The pies are absolutely delicious. Chips are proper ones. We may have shared a slice of cake as well. That was also super. We will be back.
